Clark St-Jean Added Value Solutions or AVS was formed in early 2003 out of a need its founders, Tim Clark and Marc St-Jean, identified in the market; namely a dedicated warehouse club sales agency that had a comprehensive understanding of how these clubs operate and also had the support from Costco senior management to develop such an enterprise. Clark St-Jean Added Value Solutions is extremely proud of their unique method of working with Costco at all levels, from ICS to senior management. The co-founders leadership and knowledge has facilitated the development of a company that focuses on adding value to the experience of the Costco member through rigorous product identification, evaluation and presentation followed by comprehensive management.
