The new patent-pending air rings deliver 15-20% (or greater) output and better bubble stability —over and beyond Addex’s already high performance, industry-standard dual-flow air ring design. Addex’s Intensive Cooling Air Ring-compatible IBC hardware paired with our Digital Internal Bubble Cooling (DIBC) control system, delivers high performance internal cooling with the fastest reaction time in the industry, to ensure precise bubble control, and speedy product changeovers. The Intensive Cooling Air Ring-compatible IBC hardware also ensures easy access to the die lips and easy startups by keeping the hardware fully inside the confines of the die lip diameter, and providing fully air-lubricated external surfaces that won’t hang up while pulling a new bubble.
