About Addison Concierge Services
Addison Concierge Services was created in 2013 as a means to take the world and art of Concierge to different heights through Social Media. ACS offers a wide variety services, advice, recreation, and more to local Arizona Residents and Visitors to have the best experience the Grand Canyon State has to offer. Not only do we take care of you while you're here, we have contacts all over the country with our membership in the National Concierge Association. Our Founder, Vanessa Hernandez, has been a part of the Hospitality community since 2007 working as a Resort Front Desk Agent. From there, she quickly made her way to the Concierge Desk. Vanessa has been a member of the NCA since 2013, and received her National Certification with them in 2014. She is currently serving on the Executive Board of Directors as Executive Vice President of Communications.
