About ADELE Foundation

ADELE FOUNDATION is a non-governmental organization aimed at strengthening social cohesion and economic development. It is based in the northern area of Bulgaria, in the municipality of Shumen. Adele Foundation offers a variety of services, especially focused on support to youth generations and local governments in overcoming the challenge of the present time and giving a shape to their future. Training, mentoring and consulting are the main pillars of Adele’s activity. It operates mainly in four directions: – Supporting economic development and social cohesion through the strengthen of youth entrepreneurial mindsets. – Supporting economic development and social cohesion through the method of clustering and networking among different actors (universities, local governments, entrepreneurs, trade associations, not for profit organizations). – Supporting economic development and social cohesion by fostering the civic engagement and participation in urban development processes, according to the principles of cultural planning and place-making. – Supporting economic development and social cohesion offering expertise in fundraising activity through EU programmes. In order to achieve its goals, Adele designs new educational and training models, creates new clustering models at national and supranational level, offers consultancy for territorial development and fundraising.
