Adept Health Projects provide a range of specialist health planning and delivery services to both public and private sector clients throughout Western Australia and Australia. We understand that an effective health service planning process is fundamental to any health reform or redevelopment project and is a key enabler to facility and operational development. Our well established approach to planning is collaborative and evidence based in accordance with existing and future population trends, strategic objectives and contemporary models of healthcare. Our role is to represent the client to achieve the optimum service delivery outcome in accordance with new and emerging health care trends for capital infrastructure projects (new build & refurbishment) and service delivery reform projects. Our role is varied from small stand alone health facilities, to large tertiary hospitals and complex health redevelopments. Stakeholder engagement is a key component of our role at Adept Health Projects to ensure that the project is collaborative and considerate of all existing and proposed future facility requirements. We work with the client, nominated project stakeholders, clinicians, community representatives, architects, project managers and other specialist consultants to ensure that the operational and service delivery outcomes are translated into the project scope, program and budget. With the above in mind, we are perfectly positioned to provide solutions for clients in this complex specialised sector.
