The Adinkra Alliance Institute was founded with a mission to uplift historically marginalized communities by advancing development, environmental justice, and equity across the globe. We are committed to creating inclusive solutions that empower Black communities, and other underrepresented groups worldwide A major initiative of the Institute, the Adinkra Fellowship identifies and empowers emerging changemakers from Africa and its global diaspora through immersive leadership development, cross-cultural exchange, and strategic networking. Rooted in connection, excellence, and shared heritage, the fellowship brings together 20 exceptional leaders under 40 — 10 from Africa and 10 from the diaspora — across Business, Civil Society, Culture, Technology, and Public Service.
