Adminout work in partnership with independent Chartered Surveyors, Building Engineers and Civil engineers all of which are RICS regulated and local to you. Our surveyors specialise in residential and commercial property, providing RICS valuation reports, homebuyers survey, building survey and specific structural surveys. We are predominantly a facilitator that connects the client with the surveyor or surveying practice. We support our partners by offering sales and administrative duties. Reports are presented in an easy to read format that follows a traffic light system, using pictures and text throughout. Our team of property experts are on hand to explain any terminology used, answering queries or questions that you may have. Once you are ready to book, we will source your surveyor from our panel. The lead time from instructing your survey to site visit will be no more than 7 working days. We will contact the agent or vendor and arrange access for a date and time that is convenient for both parties. Your report will then follow within five working days by email.
