Adoption Dreams Come True works to make happy, healthy and lifelong families through the process of adoption. Adoption Dreams Come True is a private, non profit 501(c) 3 adoption agency licensed by the State of Colorado. The agency offers an Adoptive Birth Parent Program: Birth parents can come to the agency at any stage of the pregnancy! Adoption is one of the options available to you as you make the decision about your pregnancy. It is a decision that should be made with all of the correct information. Please call our office to discuss options counseling with one of our trained counselors. The Birth Parent Program is set up to cater to the needs of a birth parent who is considering all options for their child, including adoption. The counseling and support are the biggest pieces of the program, assuring that all options have been explored and that each parent is making the best decision. The program includes: Options counseling-options around an unplanned pregnancy Relinquishment counseling Labor support (if desired) Support at the hospital Legal relinquishment Lifelong support following relinquishment Choices and information on Open vs. Closed adoption Opportunity to select the family for your child Peer counseling Options Counseling Adoptive Parent Program: Adoption Dreams Come True specializes in Domestic, Infant, Private and Open adoptions. Our agency also offers services for Interstate, Older child, Designated, Semi-open and Closed adoptions. Adoption Dreams Come True primarily places infants. However we do work with the Adoption Exchange to facilitate the placement of older and special needs children.
