Founded in 2001 as AdTech Optics, we expanded into QCLs in 2005 and spun out the photodiode division in 2008 to focus on mid-IR lasers. The company evolved into AdTech Photonics to reflect a broader photonics mission and fully integrated manufacturing. Headquartered in City of Industry, California, we collaborate with universities and programs such as the NSF MIRTHE initiative. Our model lets OEMs engage at any level—chip, subassembly, or turnkey module—while benefiting from application engineering support, dependable lead times, and rigorous reliability from lab evaluation through volume manufacturing.
