Since 1956 fiberglass has been used for corrosion abatement in numerous industrial applications. Advanced Fiberglass Technologies Inc. provides quality fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) equipment and services to a multitude of industries throughout North America. The range of union made products AFT manufactures primarily focus on process handling equipment, although we do not limit ourselves to this area. We manufacture standard and custom size products to meet all our customers’ needs using a large assortment of vinylester and polyester resin systems, as well as thermoplastic/fiberglass composite laminates. As a standard, the products fabricated in our plant meet or exceed the requirements set by the Society of Plastic Industries (SPI), American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM), Reinforced Thermoset Plastics (RTP-1), National Bureau of Standards (NBS) and OSHA. AFT also maintains a full time union field crew that is highly adept in providing quality service, installation and maintenance around the clock for your convenience. Services include plant shutdown maintenance and refurbishing, relining tanks and vats; field erected tanks, FRP tank and equipment inspections as well as general FRP repairs. Skilled technicians are available to install FRP products such as pipelines, crossovers, hoods, scrubbers, absorption towers, stacks, stack liners, tanks and linings as well as industrial equipment.
