About Advanced Manufacturing Training Academy (AMTA)
The Advanced Manufacturing Training Academy (AMTA) is a national programme office tasked to (1) lead the fore-sighting of emerging skills and knowledge, (2) chart and map training offerings, and (3) facilitate the development of new training courses to address skills gaps and training demand for the advanced manufacturing workforce of Singapore. AMTA is guided by a training council comprised of government agencies, institutes of higher learning, and industry partners. It is supported by Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Economic Development Board (EDB), Enterprise Singapore (ESG), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), in partnership with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and JTC Corporation.
