About Advanced Pedestals
API offers rotational and custom injection molding services into the electrical utility, agricultural products, oilfield, medical device, automotive, food, and recreational boat markets, just to name a few! Available in all sizes, API uses prime linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Additionally, API OEM manufactures agricultural products such as lick, mineral, and stall feeders as well as water stock tanks. Rotational molding is available with a maximum swing of up to 160 inches. API offers custom injection molding services for products utilizing nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, SAN, polypropylene, or polyethylene. With 75-ton, 250-ton, 375-ton, 500-ton and 700-ton units available – our production line can handle up to a 70 oz shot of material. API offers custom rotational molding services for products utilizing linear low density polyethylene. API provides customized secondary operations to our clients. Assembly & packaging, product & raw material warehousing, resin pre-compounding, pulverizing, drop ship, truckload – LTL management, pickup assistance, or API co-ordination with your arranged systems. R&D services are available to help you from thought to prototype into production. We'll assist you with product and mold design leveraging our extensive experience in the federal & state, agriculture, oil & gas, auto, recreation, sporting, and restaurant industries.
