Advanced Polymer Technology (APT) was established in 1989. We are an owner-operated small business focusing on supplying high quality polyurethane products to multiple sectors, including the mining, mineral processing and drilling industries. We also offer grit blasting/ surface preparation, machining, custom polyurethane casting and surface treatment services, all executed within realistic turnaround times. Based in the Forrestdale Business Park (just off Tonkin Highway), we work closely with our customers, making sure we understand their applications and requirements. This, coupled with our knowledge of polyurethane systems, means we are able to meet, and often exceed, all your expectations. Our staff consists of ten experienced, dynamic and loyal members, who work in our fully equipped 3,000m² facility to produce all your polyurethane products in-house. This means we cut down on lag time, and you receive whatever you require on time and in the most cost-effective manner possible. APT has recently completed and moved to its purpose built facility which consists of a fully equipped 1,400m² workshop, polyurethane processing plant, machining facilities, large ovens, 10 tonne overhead crane, purpose built sandblasting unit with top of the range sandblasting equipment, spray booth, in addition to multiple small ovens and a pipe spinning machine. APT has also invested in integrated management systems and had gained certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015.
