Advanced Realty is a full service real estate brokerage firm located in the Metro Birmingham, AL market. Representing both sellers and buyers that handle many types of properties including new construction residential, corporate owned residential (Relocation), re-sale residential, short sale residential, investment property residential, small commercial property, farm land, vacant land and corporate owned residential (REO/Foreclosure). Real Living Advanced Realty opened in November of 2003 as Advanced Real Estate Services with its owners Dave and Martha Allen and one agent, who is still with them to this day. In January of 2007 they joined the GMAC Real Estate Network where they continued to grow. In late 2008 GMAC sold off its real estate division to Brookfield Residential Property Services (RPS). Brookfield RPS followed up that purchase with the acquisition of the Real Living Real Estate Franchise Company. As Brookfield rolled the two brands together in late 2009 Advanced started to operate as Real Living Advanced Realty in January of 2010 where they were 1 of only 2 companies that topped the 1,200 sales mark for that year. Since the humble beginnings of 2003 Real Living Advanced Realty has assisted in over 7,000 sales and is today one of the busiest real estate firms in the Birmingham market.
