In 1978 Michael Charles started Rooter Master, setting out to provide a excellent service at a reasonable price that he could stand by until the customer was satisfied. This way of doing business has served us very well over the years. We have serviced many thousands of customers solving their plumbing problems. In the 4 decades that we have been doing business we have never had a complaint with either State Licensing Board or the Better Business Bureau. Our focus has changed over the years. We have seen the desperate condition of the sewer infrastructure in the Bay Area. We have gone from strictly a sewer and drain cleaning company to a full service plumbing repair company, to a underground sewer repair and replacement company in the middle 90’s. In the late 90’s we started utilizing Trenchless technologies to cost effectively replace sewers laterals in need. Since then we have refined the process Into a very efficient option to solve your sewer problem. Michael wanted his reputation to live on and suggested to his son Ryan Charles who has worked in the business since his early years to focus on the demand of these deteriorated laterals. As a result he started Advanced Trenchless Inc, now specializing in strictly repair and replacement. We also have a division Sewerinspections.com focusing on our clients needs for video inspection and compliance. With the help of his brother Jordan Bailey the sons have taken the business from a small family business into a large operation helping thousands of clients solve their sewer problems. Our mission is still the same as when we started. We aim to provide the best service possible, be around for years to come to standby our quality work, and the complete satisfaction of our clients.
