A registered dietitian helps assess patients, make recommendations and feeding methods and works closely with a team of insurance specialists to get the nutrition plan covered by health insurance. 3) AdvantaCare DIRECT: a direct-to-patient solution for a wide range of home medical equipment ranging from wheelchairs, ramps, hospital beds and much much more. We specialize in evaluating patients and their homes and make recommendations to reduce barriers so they can stay in their home longer and in safety. AdvantaCare DIRECT is a separately owned affiliate of AdvantaCare Health, Inc., and does not participate in Medicare, Medi-Cal or other health insurance programs.
