In 1987, Nise' Davies, after a successful modeling and acting career established Advantage Models & Talent in Nashville, Tennessee. An Agency of Excellence — Advantage Models & Talent has been voted “Agency and School of the Year” every year since 1991. We book actors and models in films, TV commercials, pilots, industrials, videos, magazines, billboards, promotional materials, runway and live fashion events. Advantage has a separate Training Center that is internationally famous for discovering and developing models to the professional level. Advantage has booked thousands of models and actors locally in Franklin, Tennessee and Nashville, Tennessee and regionaly in the Middle Tennessee Area. Advantage Models and Talent has developed and placed about 400 local models and actors with international agents. This includes models from the Nashville, Tennessee and Middle Tennessee area.
