The organization was created through personal experience and compassion to assist and support independence and quality of life for individuals and family’s that deal with chronic illness, disabilities, children, senior and veterans who want to remain at home and in their own environment. This form of service is called Self-Directed Care. Self-Directed Care is ideal for consumers who want to retain independence and control over theirs or a loved one’s personal care services and the caregivers who provide the services. AdvantagePlusCaregivers.com is a non-governmental organization called an Intermediary Service Organization (ISO) (better known as a Home Care company) and assists in every way to facilitate the environment of Self-Directed Care through: • Providing trained and licensed Caregivers • Handle billing and payroll for the client for their care • Care records maintenance and regulatory compliance • Advanced Caregiver Training i.e. Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, quad/paraplegic etc. • Continual resource of Caregivers that are screened and selected by the care recipient or their loved one/designee utilizing our state of the art APC application and good ol’ common sense • Resource referrals for types of allied services, topics or levels of care
