We work with small business to improve their IT environment so that it is more efficient, more secure, and ready to recover from disaster. We wear all the technology hats for our clients so that they don't have to. We perform all roles, from help desk technician answering tickets, to CIO advising on technology budgets. We love new and very small businesses, coming in when everything is fresh, and growing with them. We have everything they need to stop thinking about their technology and get back to their real work. Solutions as simple as Office 365, Cloud Backup, and simply having someone to call when you can’t figure it out. We love established businesses too. It’s a rewarding experience to look back after the first year and think about where they were when they signed up, and where they are today. We improve efficiency by taking the burden of tech support and infrastructure planning off their plate, and that efficiency helps them grow, and we like to know that we’re part of it. Close knit relationships are our top priority. We stay constantly involved, learning our client's business process and how it relates to their technology. We use that information to make recommendations that are the perfect fit. We tailor our suggestions in such a way that they could be slowly implemented over time, done with the lowest capital expenditure, or done at the lowest total expense.
