The focus for many of our programmes is on people effectiveness and HOW we will go about our business rather than on WHAT we will do to get results. A very wide experience of success across many organisations, globally, yet the present project is always the most important, no matter how small or large. Because we use experiential learning processes in outdoor settings and have applied a no harm approach for the past 30 years we have also built high order safety knowledge and skills, which has meant a second part to our business created a huge experience in generating Behaviour Change around safety, across many cultures and high risk business environments (Mining, Military, Govt Rescue Agencies, etc). Very broad experience of managing and leading high risk Projects, from measuring climate change on equatorial glaciers (high altitude) to safety of heliops operations in extreme terrain, sea craft between remote Pacific Islands, Vehicle operations in remote areas, Safety and Survival instruction for Australian Military Survival Instructers, underground operations in Mines, civil constructions and caves.
