About Adventuress TY

Adventuress Ty was founded and inspired by Ty Vaughn who had the brilliant idea to share her love for adventure. The groups she attracted never considered the lifestyle of extreme adventures. It was rare an occasion for Ty to see people who looked like her enjoying nature and participating in outdoor adventure. This paved the way for a community to be established to share her passion with others for the outdoors. Adventuress Ty roots have grown and now has three partners that all share the love and passion for adventure. We are black women on an adventure. We are paving the way for new adventurers to take risk and just go for it! Ty, along with her 3 partners; Mikaela Davis, Jerusha Day and Ashley Hopson have seen Adventuress Ty Events grow to a community of 200+ people over the past 2 years. With events held monthly, the group enjoys meeting new people and helping them overcome their fears.
