About AdviMent

Översikt What do we do? We support boards, managers and organizations that has identified the need of changing its strategy, addressing specific development areas, or are facing extensive change. How do we do it? Based upon our own board and operational expierience and thereby having perceived substantial management and leadership challenges over time, we share a common understanding and experience with our clients. This enables us to approach the assignment with increased accuracy and efficiency. Given this, and our methodology, it gives the clients flexibility over time on how to design our involvement, focus, roles and responsibility, and thus an attractive cost to achive ratio. Why us? We have a business model that implies a strict focus on assignments where our accumulated experience has proven a true value creations for clients, shareholders, and managers. This is the foundation to ensure value creating interaction with our clients. We don´t operate out of a large organization or a complex structure with extensive processes that drive overhead and cost. Our business logic is built upon a network of independent, skilled, and operational experienced consultants from various industriers and positions, which enables us to design and customize our team and competence. We and our clients share the same experience of procuring and working with external consultants, but further more we share the same experience and challenges of being operational accountable to deliver on the output from the consultants.
