Advocating For Change provides trauma-informed and equitable strategic tools and support to increase employee retention, collaboration, conflict resolution; so, educators and human service professionals can thrive in healthier workplaces while serving their communities and decrease legal system involvement for the families and communities being served. We provide strategies and solutions that improve the behavioral health workforce by collaborating with community-based organizations to further systems change with trauma-informed and equitable organizational strategies. Strategy A4C adopts an equity-centered strategy that utilizes intersectionality and equity to enhance organizational culture and services. Our methodology integrates evidence-based practices, emphasizing a cycle of continuous improvement through problem identification, intervention design, and implementation of improvements, all through an equity and anti-racist lens.
