AEM Demolition Ltd has over 35 years of experience in demolition and any associated works. Based in Kent but have worked all across the country, distance has never been a problem and we have worked as far away as Sheffield in the North to Bodmin Cornwall in the South. Below we list the work sites where we have completed full top down demolition over the last few years on a variety of contracts ranging from £95K to £1.9million. We as a company are some times asked to act as PC for larger companies working directly with the architects and engineers. We organise the site set up, handle the welfare and complete all the necessary paperwork to comply with current CDM regulations. Work we carry out: - Full demolition - Top down demolition - Soft strip - Asbestos removal - Under take temporary work including structural steel work - Diamond saw drilling and cutting All of our operatives carry a minimum CCDO labourer card to full CCDO demolition site managers. All our machine drivers are carded to the required levels. We carry out full temporary works, we have full trained labours, burners, first aiders, and are qualified for CAT2 asbestos removal.
