AER Labs is an AI research lab dedicated to advancing inference systems, efficiency, and scalability. While most of the AI world is focused on building ever-larger models, we focus on the other side of the equation: making those models usable, deployable, and impactful in the real world. We decode how language models and AI systems work internally, optimize deployment pipelines, and design open-source tools that bridge cutting-edge research with production-scale applications. From GPU optimization and batching strategies to system design and inference efficiency, our work spans the invisible backbone that powers AI in daily life. With labs in South Korea and India, we bring together researchers, engineers, and industry partners to tackle fundamental challenges in AI systems. We collaborate across academia and industry, and we’re building an open-source community to make our work accessible to all.
