"Aerable" is our unique take on the word "arable," which refers to soil that is fertile and capable of supporting crops. While it's not a term you’d typically hear at a party, it carries deep meaning. For us, it elegantly captures the essence of the parable of the Seed, the Sower, and the Soil, as found in Matthew 13, Mark 4, and Luke 8. In this parable, the "good soil" represents a heart that is open, ready to hear, learn, accept, and receive. This concept resonates with our vision of healthy leadership: the potential for growth and high-yield results can be traced back to a heart that has been well-tended and cultivated.
