"Aerem is the first Pasifika owned IANZ-accredited asbestos testing laboratory and ISO-certified environmental consultancy. We specialise in Asbestos laboratory analysis, asbestos surveying, asbestos removal management, asbestos clearance, Mould consultancy and environmental assessments throughout New Zealand." Our Story Aerem Limited as a concept started during the COVID lockdown of July 2021. The managing director Julie Saia made a quick and spontaneous decision to change the direction of her family's life and decided to go self-employed. Once the business had formed a base, her partner Ben Alford joined on September 30th, 2021, with the story of Aerem's development to be continued.
