About AeroSoc Bristol

AeroSoc is the official student-run society for the Aerospace Engineering degree at the University of Bristol. We are a growing society, officially affiliated with the Student’s Union and working closely with the Aerospace Engineering department to run trips, career & social events, lectures and support schemes. We are committed to helping our members achieve the highest quality education and make the most out of their time at university. We aim to provide our members with information and opportunities related to the engineering industry, facilitate a means of dialogue between students and employers about placements and career prospects and offer both academic and social support. We are committed to ensuring that all our members receive fair and equal opportunities during their time with us. Aerosoc currently has one sports team competing in intramural football. There is an opportunity to trial for the team at the start of the year and matches are played throughout term one and two. As a society we are looking to expand the opportunities for our members to participate in sports, and as such would happily accomodate for any sport that has enough interest or support in our membership to create a team or group.
