About Aerosport Additive
Aerosport Modeling & Design, Inc. is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality available. We strive to employ the latest technologies to produce working 3D prototype parts and concept appearance models. We dedicate ourselves to meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of our clients in many disciplines including automotive, medical, electronic, military, aviation, toy, consumer and more. Each year we research and invest in the latest technologies to stay competitive in the marketplace. Since August of 2007 we have been in our custom designed 10,000 square foot facility in Canal Winchester, Ohio. Our state of the art facility has allowed us to grow and add new capabilities to meet our clients’ evolving needs. Give us a call to setup an appointment to take a tour and see our capabilities first hand. We would love to show you around and discuss how we could better help you with any upcoming projects. Aerosport currently has HP’s Multi Jet Fusion, Carbon’s Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) and SLA equipment in-house to produce a wide range of additive manufactured production parts. These technologies will provide you with improved product performance and part quality compared to some traditional methods. The new HP Multi-Jet Fusion technology allows for faster prototyping and short-run production with end-use part material reliability. This production style is considerably faster than the other additive manufacturing options or traditional manufacturing methods, such as injection molding. Aerosport installed Carbon DLS technology early in 2019. There are a wide variety of materials available that can be used for additive Manufacturing and prototypes with the Carbon DLS technology. In addition to producing accurate and high quality prototypes, some dental and medical applications can be mass-produced on SLA equipment. Aerosport operates four SLA machines that will meet your schedule and part geometries with four distinct resins.
