Recently, we assisted at COP26 in Glasgow and COP27 in Sharm-El-Sheikh (Egypt,) an apparent compromise on fossil fuels in which China and India emerge, the most vulnerable countries lose and risk disappearing, there is also talk of the long-term economic and “smart cities”. This is the topic I will have to deal with, especially about my Italian experience. But what exactly are the projects related to smart cities in Italy and what prospects for expanding this experience throughout the national territory and also in the globalized world?
