About Aetheria Movement

Born from the pandemic shift of fitness and yoga to a virtual setting, Aetheria Movement offers the busy parent, perpetual traveler, home gym lover, or gym shy newbie to feel comfortable working out and practicing yoga. Our virtual studio believes in democratizing fitness and honoring yoga's roots - trauma-informed teaching styles, affordable pricing, accessible language, recognizing the South Asian history and lineages of yoga, and lots of fun:). Our founder has worked in the industry for a decade and is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor (both ACE), RYT-500, TRX qualified, and holds multiple other continuing education certificates. She believes in continuously learning - reading books, listening to podcasts, and taking courses and trainings in both fitness and yoga - to bring a greater depth of knowledge to her students and clients, and in her own workouts and yoga practice.
