The Investment Advisor is in the business of carrying out investment management and advisory activities. The Company aims to achieve consistent absolute returns over the long term by engaging in the trading of foreign currency pairs. The Company seeks to realise its objective by capitalising on the underlying momentum of foreign currency pairs utilizing a proprietary trading system providing by the technology partner. Although the Company will primarily focus on trading the CHF/Yen and USD/Yen currency pairs, the Investment Advisor may at any time add or remove any currency pairs. A description of the software technology and trading system: The software is fully automated and employs a money management approach to all positions being managed within the Company portfolio instead of a discretionary or technical approach to the market. The Company will maintain two accounts that are co-margined together into a single master account. In one account the software will manage long positions and in the second account the software will manage short positions. The software and the money management algorithm, in real time, will track, manage, adjust, and exit positions on both sides of the account structure independent of one another.
