Affordable Housing Advocates (AHA) is York County’s leading nonprofit housing developer, with over 50 years of experience creating dignified, affordable living opportunities. Founded in 1971 as the York Housing Development Corporation, AHA has grown from renovating city homes to stewarding a portfolio that now houses more than 600 individuals across York County.
