About Affordable Housing Alliance of Midland County
Our vision: All Midland County residents have safe, affordable housing as they improve their quality of life and continue to work on reaching their fullest potential. AHA was charted in July of 1995 and became a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation in 1997 to serve the need of producing affordable housing opportunities. AHA has 94 units across the county that are rented out at low rates to households who make between 30-60% of Midland's median income. Current rental rates vary from $350-$750 a month.
