Afghan Family Service (AFS) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization that aims to address the needs of the communities, bring resources to the residents and enable them to live effectively, efficiently, and successfully. AFS is committed to serving all residents regardless of their color, ethnicity, gender, race, and religion. AFS coordinates and collaborates with public and private sectors to address the needs of the residents, promote diversity and make the communities happier, healthier, and stronger. At AFS, we provide culturally responsive, linguistically appropriate and trauma-informed support and services to the residents. Mission: Afghan Family Service empowers our communities by connecting the residents to resources. Vision: Afghan Family Service enables the residents to live effectively, efficiently, and successfully. Core Principles a.
