About Aflux Designs

Aflux Designs is a company that offers a bespoke one-stop design and build service, leaving an immaculate finish at an affordable cost. The process can range from planning/approvals to design/sourcing and build/installation and styling. It was a company set up initially by Amit who had worked several years with a high end property development company "Pierside Ventures" and found a niche in the market, where there was no service for individuals who wanted the full turn key service but did not have the time due to their own commitments to execute themselves. The brand name comes from the combination of words, Affordable and Luxury, and the mission statement was to provide the high end look at a more accessible cost. Having worked with Sara on several projects with Pierside Ventures, they decided to form a partnership and established the company together nearly ten years ago. Since then, it has grown into a high end residential refurbishment design and build company based close to the Chelsea Design Centre. It has a workforce of five project managers/designers including Sara and Amit, with several high quality building contractors who have worked with Aflux for a similar period of time. Our portfolio includes one bedroom London flats to large detached houses in the suburbs. No matter the size, the attention to detail, creative input and project management throughout remains the same with our clients needs being at the forefront. The company currently handles projects ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000 (fees, construction and FFE supply included). It prides in being of a boutique size in order to provide a flexible service to all their clients, providing high end residential design services along with the project management of the construction, and installation of all fittings.
