About Africa Fashion Alive

Africa Fashion Alive (AFA) is a Soweto based Non Profit Organisation (NPO) founded by Ms Lindiwe Gigaba in 2014. The organisation is aimed at mentoring and naturing youth talent through fashion and arts, giving the youth of Soweto skills they could use to empower themselves and make a livelihood through their acquired skills. The organisation also collaborates with small companies and artists in all across Africa to share skills and organise events to raise funding for our programmes.
