Africa Talent is a Deloitte initiative that was grown out of a distinctive and clear purpose for making an impact on the African continent by identifying, training and developing local talent to provide global solutions to our clients. Africa Talent is underpinned by the Deloitte ethos of purpose beyond profit and an appetite to innovate and deliver creative, high impact solutions to urgent global client talent challenges. Africa Talent by Deloitte is joint venture between the Deloitte Africa and Deloitte Netherlands Risk Advisory (Deloitte NL) member firms, with the ambition to support other member firms over time. Africa Talent currently provides remote support to Deloitte Netherlands (Deloitte NL), allowing professionals to gain international experience, without having to leave their country, allowing global development within the comfort of their home. Africa Talent is a true encapsulation of hybrid work, with professionals required to work from their local Deloitte office for a portion of the work week. Building a distinctive culture is important to us, and regular interactions with the broader team in the office and at social events ensures that we continue to grow our culture. The engagement of Africa Talent professionals ensures that Deloitte NL is able to deliver on client engagements at commercially feasible rates, while benefitting from working with diverse and highly skilled teams across the African continent.
