We do Sales of IT Hardware and Software Licensing. Our core business function is outsourcing technicians and running special projects for our clients. We are a Microsoft Gold Partner. We are a BEE level 1 contributor. We believe we provide a blend of large and small to medium IT knowledge that can provide a personal IT experience through tailored Service Level Agreements at reasonable costs. Our goal is to constantly add value in other areas of your business in the communication space. We have a central help desk system that manages all Telkom issues, internet, printer and third party application issues. We constantly review these areas and provide solutions to decrease costs and increase service. To add credibility to my personal views above we have been lucky enough to win 2 awards in 2009. African Arete won the Smartexchange Company of the year for 2009 and the Best Black Owned and Managed Business for 2009 in KZN (uMyezane Awards presented by Michael Mabuyakhulu-MEC for Economic Development and Tourism)
