About African Leadership
We believe that where desperation and education meet, freedom is born and opportunity is created. African Leadership works with leaders who are aware of the felt needs in their communities and are seeking the knowledge and resources to turn those needs into opportunities. We have worked with a growing network of over 80,000 African leaders who are committed to seeing opportunity in the midst of war, famine, and deep trauma. They are compelled to lead better, engage deeper, and make changes that will last longer. We are privileged to come alongside them, listen to the dreams they have for their communities, and invest in their abilities to realize those dreams. This is accomplished through a two-year education process which includes: * intentional mentorship with a qualified African teacher * targeted coursework including biblical worldview, community asset development, and trauma healing, and * hands-on skills training Seeing these leaders spark real, tangible and lasting change in their communities throughout Africa compels us to continue growing this network.
