afundy is a financial technology platform that allows eCommerce businesses to access non-dilutive financing to boost their working capital and add to their inventory. Our platform provides a safe environment for eCommerce traders to purchase additional inventory using our procurement and vendor management tool. We will fund eCommerce sellers by purchasing their inventories, then appoint them to sell those inventories in our behalf. By connecting with eCommerce financial accounts, we will monitor the moving inventories with our AI supported technology by integrating with the eCommerce platforms, which will allow access for the Risk team of afundy to review and verify the submitted data by the eCommerce business. Our business model is purely Islamic compliant, based on mixed instruments of Salam contract and Diminishing-partnership on the particular inventory (Musharaka financing). Funding can be accessed in simple steps. - afundy will study the working capital requirements, then will provide the business with the required capital. - afundy will purchase sellable-inventory at B2B pricing (usually less than retail prices). - The inventories are then sold by the eCommerce business at the market price with profit-sharing methodologies between the business & afundy for a fixed flat-fee. - Pay back as business gets paid. A percentage of daily sales will be deducted, until the financed amount is fully paid. While our platform helps eCommerce Businesses to raise capital, it also allows afundy's investors to find safe and reliable funds to invest in. afundy's platform has an advanced IT infrastructure to identify, measure, monitor and control credit risk by analysing and estimating the cash flows of the business to ensure that the business remains sustainable.
