Founded in 2009, AFV Specialties a full-service specialty subcontractor based in Concord, NC. After spending time managing construction in the military and then for private commercial, the owners started AFV Specialties to be able to provide a top-notch specialty service for General Contractors. From our in-house estimators, project management, and installation teams, our staff is comprised of educated, competent industry professionals with a vast amount of project experience. We are uniquely equipped to solve many challenges and produce a top-quality end product to our customers. AFV Specialties is structured to complete multiple projects in various geographic locations simultaneously. We perform installations with our own qualified employees. Our competent supervision ensures our scope is executed to meet the strict requirements and specs of the Military, Federal Government and our commercial customers. Our OSHA 30 and 10 hour trained staff oversee the safety of our workers. Our strict company quality control program ensures that our work is performed correctly the first time. We believe that the customer’s interests are of the utmost importance and will strive to complete every project to their complete satisfaction.
