Age at Home provides a unique community-based service that assists our clients and allows them to remain safe and independent in their own homes or apartments. We are committed to providing quality, ethical and professional services. Our employees are carefully screened, trained, bonded, insured, and supervised. They are caring, courteous in nature, committed to care, and eager to help. Our services are flexible and can be arranged for as little as a few hours a week or as many as 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Our Caregivers can help with a wide range of activities including companionship, meal planning, preparation, and clean-up, housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, shopping, as well as escort to and from appointments and events. Ages at Homes Specialized Support Caregivers are specially trained in supporting someone who has Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease; Parkinson’s or has personal care needs. Age at Home also provides Geriatric Care Management. Our Care Manager is certified and a member of the National Association for Professional Care Managers. A Care manager can assist seniors and or their families with the challenge of aging such as finding appropriate housing, in home care, referrals to medical providers or elder attorneys.
