We do this by offering the following services: Home Modifications: Working with Occupational Therapists, our team deliver changes to the structure, layout or fittings of participants homes to they can safely access it and comfortably move around. Based on the OT's assessment these services can be as simple installing grab rails to full bathroom renovations or major access ramps. Rental Equipment: When requiring assistance at home after returning from Hospital or due to changing medical requirements, our rental fleet has a range of home and mobility equipment. From large items including hospital grade beds, recliner chairs and transfer hoists, to wheel chairs, frames or walkers, we provide a range of options to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment. Continence Items: Aged Care & Medical have a holistic approach to Continence Support Services. Together, we cover everything from Assessment and Nursing Support to Product Delivery & Plan Management. Assistive Technology and Everyday Living Aids: Our online store provides hundreds of products to make everyday activities easier.
