Having captured your wishes, we connect you into the relevant government agencies and trusted network of professionals as needed, to have all your important ‘life affairs’ sorted. The steps we put in place allow you more ready access and 'let services in' when you need them. In an emergency, you and your support network will have the resources to action your wishes; from help at home arrangements to more suited living arrangements, end of life care, and crisis event support. Our Services include: 1. Individual and family consultations (1 hour advice session) 2. End-to-end Aged Care Journey (support from start to finish until all arrangements are complete) 3. Government Agency Applications (completion, submission and tracking of applications) 100% Independent: We have no affiliations with government agencies or providers, ensuring that our recommendations and advice is unbiased and 100% focused on our client's needs and preferences.
