Agency Growth Team (AGT) works with Digital Marketing Agencies around the world to place High Quality Talent in positions such as Client Success (Account Management), Systems Engineers and Appointment Setters along with ancillary services & best practice coaching. For young professionals seeking to work in a global, remote workplace, AGT not only provides on the job paid training, but an opportunity for you to grow your career, earnings and professional skillset to become the next top talent in your industry! For professionals already operating in the Top 1% of your field, we're interested in placing you with your dream job where you can continue to grow as a leader, profssional and person. When you apply to AGT your application is evaluated for current requests from agencies and future opportunities. The top 10% of talent is selected for interviews and behavioural assessments. Successful candidates are either placed directly with an agency of their choice or placed in our selective hiring pool of talent. Current clients and future ones can view that talent pool for their next round of hiring. Once placed with an agency you are their employee, supported by the eight (8) coaches at AGT on a monthly basis. Our goal is to continue to support your growth and development on the job so you can continue to progress in your career in your new workplace.
