Agent Operations is a full-service real estate marketing and logistics firm offering turnkey solutions for REALTORS® and real estate agents. Marketing services include organic blog content, social media management, landing pages (lead generation), targeted Facebook advertising, property flyer and brochure design, professional portfolios, pre-listing packages, buyer packages, relocation packages, branded listing presentations, customized and hyper-local email and mailed newsletters, postcard design, content writing, lead follow-up campaigns, luxury property marketing packages, complete marketing plans, special marketing requests and consulting services. The logistical department at Agent Operations handles sign and lockbox delivery, property access for photographers, inspectors, and contractors, coordination of contractors, compiling bids for repairs, closing gift delivery and so much more. The logistics team also specializes in working with real estate firms and institutional lenders who list high-volume foreclosures and REOs. The team utilizes a Supra eKey for easy property access and is well-versed in Equator, Resnet, VRM, R.E.Cascade, and Dispo. With 13 years of real estate experience between them, co-owners Jake and Lora Kaasch offer a unique perspective and service niche to REALTORS® and real estate agents. Jake heads logistical operations, while Lora manages the marketing department. Prior to founding Agent Operations, Jake handled logistics for Lora's real estate business, overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations. Lora remains a licensed REALTOR® (now retired from sales) and is a published author with extensive marketing and advertising experience. Currently, Agent Operations assists clients throughout the state of Texas, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Southlake, Carrollton, Grapevine, The Woodlands, San Antonio, Kyle and Buda.
