About Agent Rainmaker
Agent Rainmaker is a community of agents, that decided to get together to learn from each other and share best practice, with ONE GOAL, to improve the industry. Founded by Ex ARLA president Sally Lawson, who was frustrated by the fact that agents were not communicating with each other, Agent Rainmaker was born. starting with a few 1 day workshops and bootcamps to work in strategies for improving the businesses, but this has now excelled way beyond that. The organisation now has a FREE TO JOIN facebook group with over 4500 agents sharing ideas with each other, plus 12 month coaching programme and an annual conference called Agent Rainmaker LIVE, where the Agents themselves, become part of the conference, by sharing their success strategies and stories, but with BAGS OF FUN and energy, it feels a bit like a Glastonbury festival with seats... One purpose, improve the industry, the GOAL of its members is to GROW their businesses, so that they can GIVE BACK and serve more, and help those in need. Since 2018, at our #ARLive events we have raised over £160,000 for Promise Dreams, a charity that provides dreams to very ill and terminally ill children It just proves that what can be achieved by coming together and working together as an industry, with the right doing good intentions.
