From the Latin for efficient, agentibus Consulting is primed to offer much needed logistical consultative service to an industry that is sorely lacking the process and knowledge base within their organizations. Many times, due to this limitation, products are delivered in an unusable state, therefore leaving the company at a loss. agentibus resources have a strategic and industry-specific background that will allow our team to uniquely offer services without the necessary learning curve that may be associated with other similar logistic service providers. The industry that we refer to is Clinical Trial and Experimental Drug logistics, and it is what we know and what we do. Our mission at agentibus is to “Remember Customer Service and Deliver Unparalleled Performance.” In our estimation, genuine customer service is a thing of the past. Companies have abandoned traditional standards to increase profit. While we don’t disagree with a company’s necessity to be profitable, we do have a different way of approaching the goal. We believe that if your customer feels that they are attended to, that their focus is your focus, and that their goals are yours, then you will never be without business. It’s the model that we were raised within, and it’s at the core of who we are. agentibus is new, but our principles are not. Our Founders have both walked miles in this philosophy and hold to it in each and every one of their client relationships. Their clients will attest to this without hesitation. Inclusion, transparency, and doing the right thing are founding principles of their practices, despite the divergence of industry. When these two acknowledged their shared capabilities, the foundation of agentibus was expected.
