About Agera Group

Agera Group is a turnkey infrastructure solutions provider, built by highly experienced, committed individuals who each boast many accomplishments and achievements in the IT industry. This, along with having hugely experienced and capable staff (which will become apparent during introductions), each has a vested interest in the group, and therefore high levels of accountability. Over time, the ICT industry and introduced too much complexity in the ever-increasing drive to create value. Through this chase, the industry has lost sight of what end-users, IT departments and corporates actually want – simplicity, consistency, and projects being delivered on time and within budget. All this ‘value’ has driven up costs, which has meant more and more of our ‘enterprise ICT’ competitors in their drive to reduce overhead, have significantly reduced their installation and technical teams to outsource partners. What is alarming, is the percentage these businesses are now outsourcing to contract partners and how this is never actively considered or realized. Case in point to this is that we are often contracted into deals we have competed at during the RFP process. Our differentiator is that all aspects we have priced on will be delivered with minimal outsourcing. Simplicity, better cost allocation and control, tighter handle on deliverables, without the bleed of information generally experienced during information share between business and outsource partner, all mean that project time and cost overruns are hugely diminished. The above is why we refer to our business as being a ‘sum of its parts’.
